Flight Arrangements

you may choose to arrive at either Gatwick Airport or Heathrow Airport. Your Program-Specific Guide (available in late spring) will contain a section on traveling from either airport to your program site.

Please do not purchase your airfare until your program has reached minimum enrollment and is in confirmed status in your student login. UC Davis Summer Abroad recommends that all participants purchase trip cancellation insurance at the time they purchase their flights. Trip cancellation insurance can be purchased to cover lost program costs. Students who cancel or withdraw will not be refunded program costs after the cancellation deadline.
