Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

As UC Davis Summer Abroad programs are not affiliated with a host university, you will enter as a tourist - and can travel there for 90 total days. (See qualification below). The State Department website shows the requirements for travel for U.S. citizens.

*Passport required. Visa not required for stay of up to 6 months. For additional information, consult the nearest visa-issuing Consulate General: CA (310/481-2900),

Non-U.S. citizens (including Permanent Residents) should check for Visa requirements at http://www.britainusa.com/embassy/. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own visa. Summer Abroad will supply a verification of enrollment letter for non-U.S. citizens upon request.
